DANNY STARR Live at The Libra
DANNY STARR Live at The Libra, Camden | An acoustic 'listening' music venue operated by TALENTBANQ.
An intimate night of songs and the stories behind them, with Danny Starr.
Never one to shy away from tackling life’s most personal and sensitive moments in his writing, Danny’s songs explore the human experience of sexuality, identity, belonging, and mental health, and drive their message home through irresistible and moving pop-rock hooks.
Danny kicked off 2025 without hesitation with the early announcement of new single ‘Country Lanes’, a heartfelt Valentine’s Day release about finding a true sense of belonging within the queer music scene, along with the promise of several more singles this year. Country Lanes feels born from the same acoustic warmth as last year’s ‘Long Way From Home’, but leans more heavily into Danny’s anthemic side. The releases to follow in the lead up to Summer position this show at the crux of a transition in genre and make it the night to hear your new favourite, months before it’s out.
Supported by BBC Introducing and Rolling Stone, and featured on stations, stages, and magazines worldwide, Danny continues to build momentum as a songwriter and artist and is a must-see in a setting like The Libra.
With support from Freddie Lewis.
